If you are local to Buffalo, New York I offer in person, personal training session from 1 - 5x/week out of Catalyst Fitness in Williamsville, 770 Wherle Drive.  All clients will receive in person training as well as weekly workouts to complete on days you come in on you own. Programs include weight training, and cardio specification, supplementation, and nutritional guidance. In person training is great for the beginning to learn proper technique and intensity, or for the advanced athlete looking to take their conditioning to the next level.
