White Belt Booty is the first program in my belt series of 8 week training guides. This is a 20 page fit book, that lays out a guideline to build the foundation necessary to earn your Black Belt Booty! We will cover an 8 week weight training program, cardio guide, nutrition, grocery list, meal tracker, training tracker, guides to measure progress, as well as mindset mastery work including journal prompts and daily tips to help you succeed both mentally and physically.
Blue Belt Booty is the second program in my 8 week belt series. As a Blue Belt, we will build upon the foundation laid out in White Belt Booty. Each phase is intended to take your mind body and soul to the next level. I lay out a detailed 8 week training guide guaranteed to challenge your body and take your physique to the next level. This program includes an 8 week weight training regime cardio guide, nutrition, grocery list, meal tracker, training tracker, guides to measure progress, as well as more mindset mastery work and daily journal prompts.
Back Belt Booty is the final program in my 8 week belt program series. As a Black belt, we will not only be upping our intensity and progression in our fitness regime, but we discuss how to create an ideal vision for your life and utilize the skills learned in the gym to work as a catalyst towards achieving goals in all facets of your life. Program includes an elite 8 week training and cardio guide, nutrition, grocery list, meal tracker, training tracker, mindset mastery journal prompts and discovering the tools of meditation.
Competition prep requires constant communication between athlete and coach. My programs include an initial phone call where we discuss your goals, previous experience, expectations and guidelines for the program. We will have weekly check ins with macro and cardio adjustments, bi weekly training programs, supplementation guidance, constant support via email/text/telephone coaching. You will receive highly specific instructions for your peak week protocol (24 hour guidance), hair, tanning, and makeup guidance. As well as posing practice with me( in person if local ), or via Skype.
This is a one time plan - it does not include weekly check ins/adjustments. It is simply to kick start your weight loss and give you an idea of portion sizes, healthy options for proteins, carbs and fats, meal timing and structure. You will be given a questionnaire to fill out for me to get an idea of your meal preferences and current intake so I can design a program that will not only work, but you will actually enjoy!
In this package you will be given a set of macros to follow, and includes weekly adjustments/check ins/weigh ins, to ensure plateaus do not occur. This programs allows you accountability to stick to your numbers and is a great option for a competitor in the off season or just someone looking to take their physique to the next level!
If you are already dialed in on your nutrition and just want to challenge yourself with new workouts, then this is the program for you! My unique style of training allows you challenge your body to new levels and feeling thoroughly accomplished when you’re done. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced athlete, I will customize a program what will challenge your specific needs. This is a one time purchase. Check ins not included.
If you are local to Buffalo, New York I offer in person, personal training session from 1 - 5x/week out of Catalyst Fitness in Williamsville, 770 Wherle Drive. All clients will receive in person training as well as weekly workouts to complete on days you come in on you own. Programs include weight training, and cardio specification, supplementation, and nutritional guidance. In person training is great for the beginning to learn proper technique and intensity, or for the advanced athlete looking to take their conditioning to the next level.
